Merchant Pay Structures

QuipStore utilizes PayPal services for accepting payments. There are fees associated with every transaction that are charged to QuipStore. There is a one time setup fee for Merchants of $19.95 for your Merchant account and a per item setup fee in the catalog of $1.95 (includes organization, artwork and pricing configuration)

PayPal charges QuipStore a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction.

For example: a $100.00 transaction costs $3.20 so the actual amount received by QuipStore would be $96.80

QuipStore charges an additional per transaction fee of $0.25 per transaction. and an account fee that is a percentage of sales (after transaction fees) of either 2% for non-QuipSties.com members or 1% for QuipSites.com members.

We process your transactions through our system and collect your payments and accumulate them over the course of the month and pay you one lump sum check at the end of each month. Here is how a 10 sale month of $100.00 transactions would look:

Accounts are processed on the last calendar day of each month and a check along with a transaction summary are sent to the merchant. Funds in this account cannot be applied to other purchases and are made payable to the Merchant on record for that account.

Charge backs, and disputed orders will be applied to monthly payment after all fees have been applied. Disputed orders will not be paid until resolved based on our Merhcant Policies (below)
