General Merchant Requirements

Merchants wanting to sell goods or services on QuipStore.com must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Merchant must have clearly stated return policy on their web site
• Merchant must have clearly stated refund policy on their web site
• Merchant must have clearly stated and current contact information on their website (Including phone, mailing address and valid email)
• Merchant must demonstrate and document purchase to delivery process for all goods and/or services
• Merchant must have a valid credit card on file with QuipStore.com
• Merchant must resolve ALL disputes with customers within 10 business days of notification
• Merchant must have a US based address and jurisdiction
• Merchant must agree to Merchant Policies (link below) as addendum to their own policies and procedures
